Ordering
On-line orders may be placed using a credit card only.  On-line orders will be processed within 72 hours.  If you wish to pay by check, you must e-mail, us with your order.  Please remember to include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and a complete description of the item(s) you are ordering.  Please do not send payment until you receive e-mail verification from our staff that the item(s) you have ordered are in stock and the total amount of your order, including shipping.  Checks must be received within 7 days of ordering or item will be returned to stock.  Merchandise will be shipped after check clears.   

Taxes
Missouri residents only will be charged sales tax in the amount of 6.075%. 

Type of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders and personal checks. We reserve the right to hold shipments until personal checks clear the bank. Money orders from outside of the United States must be International Money Orders. Addicted to Dolls will charge a fee of $25.00 on all returned checks. We are currently working on adding Paypal as a method of payment.

Sale Items
We can not guarantee box condition on sale items and sale items are considered final with no returns or exchanges. 

 Layaways
We are more than happy to set up layaway plans for customers for regular priced merchandise only. Layaways must be arranged via telephone or e-mail only.  Payments must be made in 2-3 equal monthly installments not to exceed 3 months. When credit cards are used for making layaway payments, your credit card will be charged on the same day each month.  When making layaway payments by check, a layaway payment must be received at least once in each 30 day period.  Pricing of items at the time the layaway is set up is firm. Layaway sales are considered final with no returns or exchanges.

Shipping 
We ship via UPS or USPS. Our Shipping Rate is $10.50 for the first item, plus $2.00 for each additional item per shipping carton within the U.S. (We can get approximately 3-4 regular sized dolls in a shipping carton). Our Shipping Rate to Canada is $16.00 for the first item, plus $3.00 for each additional item per shipping carton. Please note shipping is based on the number of items that are actually being shipped at one time, not the number of items in the original order. For shipping to other countries you must e-mail us first for shipping rates. All shipping rates include insurance.

Shipping Times
It may take up to a week to process your order.  After your order is processed, shipping within the US usually takes about 3-5 business days, but please allow at least two weeks for delivery.

Shipping Overseas
Please e-mail for shipping rates for Overseas prior to ordering. Overseas customers are responsible for taxes and duty within their own country.  Our charges are in US funds. We ship worldwide and will not falsify customs documents. All shipping rates include insurance.

Returns
You must call for return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 days of receiving your merchandise. Unauthorized returns, COD's or failure to comply with our return instructions will not be accepted. Original invoice must be included with return.  Shipping is non-refundable on returns.  A customer may choose to be given full store credit for the purchase price of their returned item or a refund.  If a customer chooses to return an item for a refund, Addicted to Dolls reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee. All return items must be insured when shipping the item back to Addicted to Dolls.  We reserve the right to refuse the return if it is not insured. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read all company policies listed on this page prior to ordering and or returning merchandise. 

Returns for Merchandise Damaged in Shipping 
If an item is damaged during shipping, please call us immediately and we will instruct you on how to return the parcel. You must include the original shipping carton or we cannot accept the return. On damaged items we will refund the return shipping as well as the full purchase price of the item including the original shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse issuing credit for product and shipping costs if we feel that the items were not actually damaged during shipping. 

Shipping Address Changes
It is the customer's responsibility to advise us of all address changes. Any parcels that are rerouted to another address while in transit are charged a $10.00 service charge.

Pricing and Availability:  Pricing and availability is subject to change without notice on all merchandise.  Our site is updated daily to ensure that availabily and pricing are as accurate as possible. 

Regular Priced Items
We will guarantee items to be as described on all regular priced merchandise.  All items are new and never removed from the box unless described otherwise.   We send perfect boxes whenever possible.  However, it is possible for new items to have slight creasing and denting when sent from the factory, and this is beyond our control.  If creasing and denting are more than very slight, item will be described as such.
